Mortgage Arrears Visit

We attend at borrower's homes shortly after receiving instructions. We make contact to arrange a personal visit. An Interview is conducted with the borrower to ascertain the reasons for their mortgage arrears. We attempt to seek solutions intended to ensure future mortgage payments are met by working out a repayment plan. A detailed report is completed including the up to date circumstances of the borrower together with a property condition report and current value.

We attend on pre-litigation and pre-eviction visits for residential and buy-to-let mortgages and occupancy verification.

In the cases of buy-to-let enquiries we establish occupancy together with tenant's details. Where ever possible a copy of the tenancy agreement is obtained.

Property Visits

We can carry out any a "drive by" to ascertain occupancy and external condition of a property. We can complete a detailed inspection of a property including photographs and a report of the immediate area as to where the property is located.
